We have a front yard again!

I had forgotten what my house looked like with grass. We had dirt for so long that I forgot how great it looks! We aren't quite done trucking in dirt yet so we just have enough to give Lucy some greenery to play in and once we get all our dirt and grading done we will plant seed for the rest of it.

As a reminder this is what the house looked like when we bought it:

And then we painted it...

And then we tore it all up to re-grade it and add the sidewalk and a flower bed:

Once we got grass, Lucy claimed her spot early: 

And we finally have a front yard! 

However its not quite that big yet... (pictures can be deceiving!)
